Free delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders within South Africa.
Where we deliver
South Africa only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [1-2] business days after payment is confirmed. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time

Other areas: 5-8 business days
Delivery times start once your order ships, not when you place it.
EFT orders
If you pay by EFT, we process your order once the payment has cleared in our account. Use your order number as the reference and send proof of payment to [email/WhatsApp number].
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number on 067 838 7005 once your order ships.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number before paying. We aren't responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or missed deliveries, re-delivery costs are paid by the customer.
Delays
Courier delays, weather and public holidays can affect delivery times. If your order is late, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
